    • No, kofta is paneer and potato dumplings. You deep fry kofta balls. Adding malai is main. But for making Ghate you don't deep fry and made of besan as main ingredient. Gravy doesn't have to be rich, you can prepare without malai...

I live in Melbourne for years now and last week ordered Kashmiri Pulav from one restaurant and trust me it was the horrible dish I have ever tasted, So please teach us Kashmiri authentic pulav and would love to learn it ur way.
